CLASSES

PILLAR ONE: MOBILITY

RANGE

Our signature mobility class designed to improve the way you move. Each class has a specific focus of either: Front Split+Backbend, Middle Split+Pancakes, Forward Fold+Squat and Shoulders+Spine.

STRETCH

A restorative, mat-based, flexibility class. Expect slow movement flows, long stretch holds and a deep reset.

PILLAR TWO: STRENGTH

RINGS

Gymnastic strength training, the MOVE way. A 50 minute class designed to develop bodyweight strength and skills such as pull ups, muscle ups, L sits and handstands. The class is scalable for all levels from beginner to advanced.

KETTLEBELLS

Strength, Power + Conditioning by way of kettlebells and bodyweight movement patterns. This is a 45 minute mat-based class which incorporates heavy compound lifts, kettlebell flows, plyometrics and bodyweight conditioning. 

PILLAR THREE: CONDITIONING

PRIMAL

Our signature movement class. 50 minutes of locomotion, primal ground movements, hand balancing and flow. This is our most creative and playful class. Come with an open mind and be ready to MOVE (not suitable to first time movers).

CONDITION

Conditioning the MOVE way. We offer two types of conditioning class; ROW + MAT.

Each will develop your aerobic and movement capacity with 45 minutes of high intensity circuits.

PILLAR FOUR: SKILL

HANDSTANDS

Our handstand class includes specific drills and practices for developing the strength, mobility and awareness required to hold a handstand and develop the skill further. Suitable for beginner through to intermediate level hand balancers. 

MUSCLE UPS

Our muscle up class focuses on developing the strength and skill to execute the Ring Muscle Up. Attendees must be able to perform at least three bodyweight pull ups in order to attend.
