Mobility training improves the way you move by developing muscular and joint control at end ranges. The goal is strong + long. Flexible but with control.

We offer four different Range classes:
Squat + Forward Fold
Middle Split + Pancake
Front Split + Backbend
Shoulders + Spine
The class appears on the schedule on four separate days. Each day will have one of the above focusses. That focus stays on that specific day for a full month, before rotating to another day.
