Ideal for anyone recovering from injury, in particular hip and spine related issues.

  • Mobility training improves the way you move by developing muscular and joint control at end ranges. The goal is strong + long. Flexible but with control.

  • We offer four different Range classes:

    • Squat + Forward Fold

    • Middle Split + Pancake

    • Front Split + Backbend

    • Shoulders + Spine

    The class appears on the schedule on four separate days. Each day will have one of the above focusses. That focus stays on that specific day for a full month, before rotating to another day.

  • Absolutely. Range is an ideal place to start for new Movers.
