Situated in the brand new development of New Acres Wandsworth, our new location will include two studios, delivering our class-based training methods as well as open gym and personal training.

Our new space provides an opportunity to level things up. New class concepts, new equipment, a new studio design, with the same commitment to excellence and enjoyment.

  • Our new studio will deliver the staple classes of our method:

    • Range (mobility)

    • Rings (gymnastic strength)

    • Kettlebells (strength conditioning)

    • Core (core)

    • Handstands (skill)

    As well as two new classes:

    • Lift (barbell strength)

    • Capacity (cardio/conditioning)

  • Open gym will initially be for Unlimited members only with slots available in mid morning and early afternoon (the offering will evolve month on month).

    Users will have access to the full range of our equipment including:

    • Gymnastic Rigs

    • Squat Racks

    • Kettlebells/Dumbells

    • Barbells

    • Mobility Tools

    • Ergs

  • No. Classes will be available via single class prices and packages, as well as via the ClassPass booking software.

  • No. However we are offering dual membership with our Fulham location and use of it’s Recovery studio
