KB’s is a 45 minute mat-based class incorporating heavy compound lifts, kettlebell flows, plyometrics and bodyweight conditioning.

As with all of our classes, we train barefoot when lifting Kettlebells. This is a brilliant way of developing greater foot strength and stability as well as ensuring smoother movement transitions.
