A 50 minute, calisthenics inspired class, designed to develop bodyweight strength and skills such as pull ups, muscle ups, L sits and handstands.

The class is scalable for all levels from beginner to advanced.

  • Rings can be intimidating at first. Watching people doing things that appear unthinkable. But let us assure you, the training style is for all and if you stay consistent you will soon hold strength and skill that you didn’t think possible.
