  • We do not recommend beginning your training at Move with a Primal class. Whilst it is our signature class, we suggest becoming comfortable with some of our foundational movement patterns in other classes first

  • Locomotion refers to quadruped movement (movement utilising all four limbs). Our unique approach includes a library of movement sequences, crawls and hand balances, inspired by a variety of movement arts and developed over the last 7 years.

  • **every class is different however a general template could look as follows:

    5-10 minute movement preparation and integration

    10 minute crawling patterns

    25 minute pattern development and skill learning
