We do not recommend beginning your training at Move with a Primal class. Whilst it is our signature class, we suggest becoming comfortable with some of our foundational movement patterns in other classes first

Locomotion refers to quadruped movement (movement utilising all four limbs). Our unique approach includes a library of movement sequences, crawls and hand balances, inspired by a variety of movement arts and developed over the last 7 years.

5-10 minute movement preparation and integration
10 minute crawling patterns
25 minute pattern development and skill learning
