A 45 minute mat-based circuit style class with a Move edge. Expect high tempos, creative movement patterns, plyometrics and strength endurance.
This is not your average circuit class.

We don’t recommend signing straight into a Condition class but if you do fancy jumping in at the deep end, we’ll look after you!
The class is ok for all levels of movers, however the fast tempo and complexity of movement does tailor it more to those that have a) moved with us before or b) those that train regularly

Locomotion refers to quadruped movement (movement utilising all four limbs). Our unique approach includes a library of movement sequences, crawls and hand balances, inspired by a variety of movement arts and developed over the last 7 years.

5-10 minute movement preparation and integration
10 minute crawling patterns
25 minute pattern development and skill learning
