Change Your State is our heat and ice immersion tracker with audio guided experiences and personalised breathwork practices.
Research shows we want roughly 12 minutes of cold water exposure and 60 minutes of heat exposure each week to capture most of the benefits.

The app allows you to input all of your immersions, tracking exposure time, type and temperature.
Your aim is to accumulate 12 minutes of cold and 60 minutes of heat per week to elicit the optimal long term benefits (as per latest research).

The app includes an insight into our audio guided immersions. Included for free on the app are three audio protocols:
Guided Cold Plunge (cold)
Energiser (cold)
Stressed > Calm (hot + cold)
The next version of the app will include the option (at a low cost) of a full library of audio guides designed to move from one state to another.
